Calibration
It is important that you maintain proper monitor
calibration when working with digital pictures on your home
computer. As your monitor ages, it will likely require
adjustments to keep its "true to life" color. A well
calibrated monitor will ensure that the colors you see on your
computer will match those you see on your prints!
Use The Foto Stop's
FREE monitor calibration image to keep your monitor
displaying the best possible colors.

Download the monitor calibration image
shown below. You will need to click on the image.
That will cause the high-resolution version to open in a new
window. Wait until the image has fully loaded and then
right-click on with your mouse. Select "Save Image As"
and save the picture to your computer.

Come into our store. Pick up
your FREE copy of the monitor calibration image shown above.

Open the downloaded image. Use
whatever photo editing software you prefer to use, such as
PhotoShop. Hold the print up to your monitor and
compare the colors.

If you see a difference your monitor
needs to be calibrated. Refer to your monitor's manual
or the manufacturer's web site for instructions specific to
your monitor.
